The University of the Philippines Diliman Department of Sociology, in partnership with the UPFI Film Center, the University of the Philippines Center for Integrative and Development Studies (UP CIDS) Alternative Development Program, and the University of the Philippines Asian Center, warmly invites you to a special screening of “Wash Out.”

This film is particularly relevant to students, faculty, community organizers, activists, and all those who advocate for farmers’ welfare and social justice.

The screening will be followed by a talkback session with filmmakers Isabelle Matutina and Dr. Herbie Docena, alongside community organizer, Lirai Cordova. The discussion will be facilitated by Dr. Andoy Evangelista, Chair of the Department of Sociology.
